This year we were so fortunate to have a day of fun to share our Easter with the kids. Everything started when the girls realized that the "Crazy Bunny" left them a few goodies at Zamma and Auntie's house. Even Dannen got a little purple frog and a cute story book. I'm sure big sister Kaylie has already read it to him several times.
Easter Bunny knows how important it is to learn while having fun, so he brought the girls lots of activity books and work books to enjoy. Kaylie loves learning new words and writing!
Mommy and Makenzie were printing in a "Princess" book. She loves princesses!
Dannen thought it was all a bit much, so he opted to snooze this one out.
We decided to have lunch and give the candy a break. This picture is for Great Aunt Marcia. Makenzie tried Auntie Marcia's favorite dip. She thought it was "oooo tangy" at first, but then proceeded to finish off half the dip. LOL!!!
In the true spirit of " Girl Time" we have to rock out and dance! They moved so fast I couldn't catch them still on film.
Suddenly the girls disappeared into my room to rest on the "Queen's Bed" as they call it.
With beautiful weather to enhance our day, it was time to try out the sidewalk chalk the Easter Bunny brought the girls. I must say, they are quite the little artists!
People from up north brag about their Snow Angels, but we have a "Florida Angel" ! All you do is lay down on the sidewalk, let someone trace your body, get up and color in the details! I now have the prettiest Florida Angels adorning my front sidewalk.

I'm glad to hear you all had a great day spent together! :)
Glad you enjoyed your day!
Sounds like you and Tricia and the "Florida Angels" had a good Easter. You post some of the best photos. You and Kristy are so good at writing on your blogs. You girls should write a book.
